Q: Am I still dealing with the same company that ran www.bigemma.com?
A: Absolutely! We assure you that this is the same Big Emma's you have known for years. During our time running www.bigemma.com we also did business on eBay under the username of bigemma2 and will be doing business solely under this username. Check out our eBay feedback and you'll see we are still committed to the same great customer service you have come to expect!

Q: Why did www.bigemma.com stop selling Laser Discs through its storefront?
A: While Big Emma has enjoyed many years as a stand alone eCommerce company, it is now in part-time mode and a confluence of events (including site hosting issues) made us re-evaluate our business model.

Q: How does this affect my ability to purchase Laser Discs from Big Emma's?
A: The most noticible difference will be that all transactions must be placed through our eBay Store. This will require setting up an eBay username and account if you don't already have one.

Q: What happens if I want to buy multiple items from the eBay Store, but I don't see a shopping cart feature?
A: While this is a limitation of using eBay, it can be done! Use the "Buy It Now" feature to purchase each item and we will gladly combine the shipping and send you a revised invoice with the adjusted shipping and handling charges. This can also be done for Auctions - just let us know on your first successful auction that you are bidding on others that end within a 24 hour period and we will send an updated invoice at the end of your last winning auction.

Q: Is Big Emma's closing soon?
A: Unfortunately, Big Emma's will be closing her doors for good in the near future. We plan to continue providing the same great products and customer service for as long as possible. We will continue to post items from our inventory to our eBay Store over the next several months.

Q: What methods of payment does Big Emma accept?
A: We accept and prefer Paypal for all purchases. We also accept Money Orders from within the USA. Payments for all orders must be received within 10 days of placing the order.

Q: Does Big Emma buy Laserdisc, DVD or Video Game Collections anymore?
A: No, regrettably Big Emma is no longer buying any collections.
