Q: Are there any guarantees on the quality of the products that I buy
from Big Emma?
A: Absolutely! Big Emma guarantees all of our products
to be free of defect and in the condition described on the website on
your money back. If you have any problems with a disc that you have ordered
from us it can be returned for an exchange or a refund. Please CONTACT
US for more information.
Q: What is the condition of the USED products that Big Emma sells?
A: All discs are guaranteed to play fine and be in the
condition described. We will note any flaws in the overall appearance
of the discs in the listing If you have specific questions about any title
feel free to CONTACT US.
Q: How often does Big Emma update her inventory?
A: Big Emma adds new inventory to her eBay store on a
regular basis, usually several times each week.
Q: I have a list of titles I am looking for. Can I give Big Emma
the list and have her find these titles for me?
A: No, Big Emma does not have a "Wish List" system at
this time. However you are more than welcome to CONTACT
US with any requests. Only short lists please.
Q: Does Big Emma conduct any special sales?
A: Yes we do! Each month we discount multiple producst
in our eBay store and they are marked as "ON SALE".
Q: Does Big Emma sell accessories to help me take care of my LD/DVD
collection?
A: No, Sorry, but we no longer carry LD or DVD Accessories.
Q: What methods of payment does Big Emma accept?
A: We accept and prefer Paypal for all purchases. We
also accept Money Orders from within the USA. Payments for all orders
must be received within 10 days of placing the order.
Q: Does Big Emma buy Laserdisc, DVD or Video Game Collections?
A: No, Sorry, but Big Emma is no longer buying any collections.

status of my shipment?

Q: It seems like Big Emma charges more than the USPS for shipping
costs. Is this the case and why?
A: Yes, Big Emma includes a $2.50 handling fee for every
package which makes our shipping costs slightly higher than what you would
pay at your local USPS. This amount funds our shipping department and
pays for boxes, bubblewrap, ink/toner, man hours etc. For more information

Q: Does Big Emma have a retail store location?
A: No, we do not have a retail location and are strictly
Mail-Order.
