BigEmma.com ships our orders using the United States Postal Service.

These are the shipping services we provide:

Domestic:
USPS Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days)
USPS Media Mail (5-14 Business Days)

International:
USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 Business Days)

Please be aware of these guidelines if you want your package shipped internationally.
1. You are responsible for all Customs Charges & Import Fees.
2. If certain titles are banned in your country, please do not order them.

We ship out packages several times each week (not including Sundays & Holidays), and generally orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs vary depending on the size/weight of the package, it's destination and shipping method. We charge the actual cost of USPS shipping charges plus a handling fee.

Handling Fee

Our shipping prices reflect the rates provided by the United States Post Service plus a $2.50 handling fee for every package. This handling fee funds our shipping department and pays for boxes, bubble wrap, paper, shipping labels, man hours, etc.

Returns

All of Big Emma’s products are guaranteed to be in good working order, and in the condition described in the eBay listing or they can be returned for an exchange or refund. If you have any problems with an order, do not hesitate to CONTACT US!
